Q1. Can you describe what influenced you to pursue a career as an actor?

I loved acting since childhood. At that time, I used to do act in annual functions of my school and in other small events were held.  I tried to do little acting from home but as I grew up, as parents have a mentality that our children should study and do well and do jobs, etc. I enrolled myself in a medical school but never liked it. It was very difficult for me to convince my parents but I gave myself another chance. I started living a new life by acting, gave auditions, prepare for auditions.  I love to play different characters and enjoy getting into various roles. I read a lot of spiritual things because of which I started believing in myself and I started getting a lot of work.

Q2. What do you feel is more important for an actor, talent or training?

Well, from one point of view, both are necessary, but here I will give more importance to training because what is talent is a limited quantity, it means to say that if you have talent then someone has talent to make you laugh, someone does a good acting, then it is such a talent on which you are limited only to a particular thing, but training means that in which school like we study, then there are many subjects in it, so when an actor takes acting training then how should all emotions be involved in acting, in all situations, many new and important  things they can learn,  if everything comes, then I would say that training is very important and many such examples have been found, whatever other films go on in the industry, due to training, there has been a big change in the acting of the actor, we can find many examples, and if I say very briefly, I would say that talent is what prepares you for a particular situation, but when there is a person who has been trained, he/she is ready for every situation and the same person who is versatile, is made most of the times, so in this way both have their own importance.

Q3. What have you learnt most from the industry?

I have learned a lot from this industry. I am quite young but I have learned only one thing that when you fall and get back, it is a rule of the industry that whenever you fall, you have to come back. Have immense self confidence and have respect towards each and every person and shine your work as much as possible so that you stay in this industry and do well. I am saying this because there are many such examples which are present in the industry and if anything is worth learning from this industry, then take motivation & learning  from it.

Q4. Which types of acting do you feel you are most suited for?

I have polished my acting very well in 2017 in Rangrez Acting Workshop and I can play all kinds of characters. I have played so many different characters in all the work I have done before. If any character I think I will do well in which I am most comfortable, then it is simple character for me or if there is a negative role, I play that well too.

Q5. How do you react when you receive a negative review about a performance?

This has happened with me a couple of times, but I don’t pay much attention to it. I try and ask my viewers what did they did not enjoy and I learn something from it. I take sometime off, work on myself and come back stronger and more polished. I see it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Q6. How did you join the TV industry?

6) When I did theater, some directors liked my work and I got a chance to debut on TV. I juggled with theatre and TV but learnt a lot. I love the TV industry. Luckily, I have been getting a lot of projects. I know how to ace my auditions now.

Q7. What message do you have for our viewers?

7) I would like to say that not everyone who dreams becomes big and successful. When you think in the right direction, all goes well for you.
