Curd is more beneficial for health than milk. It contains protein, lactose, iron, phosphorus and many vitamins. Its regular intake increases our digestive capacity and helps in fighting against diseases.

The fruit is a food item that provides more energy in less time. The important vitamins and minerals present in it help to keep our digestive system healthy. Also, enhance immunity and provide immunity to fight against many diseases.
