Q1. What does Le Magnifique take pride in?

Ans. We take pride in providing the finest solutions to plan and curate the perfect vacation for you and your loved ones. We design, plan and curate bespoke events for private and corporate clients, be it corporate galas, award ceremonies, creative conferences, team building activities or private parties. Q2. How did you start a company that is so diverse in what it does?

Ans. I always had a flair for organizing things and having worked at multiple travel companies as well, I thought of combining my experience and creating something of my own. I always knew I wanted to be in the premium space and wanted to bring luxury services to the people. We organize bespoke events like we organized the Women`s Day program for the Indian Council for United Nations. We provide premium travel and sight seeing to foreigners visiting India and have tie-ups with embassies of various countries. We only conduct high scale destination weddings for people who have a good eye for taste and decoration.

Q3. What was the motivating factor for you to establish your own company?

Ans. Having done my MBA from Symbiosis in Pune and worked at several companies, I wasn’t getting satisfaction. Belonging to a business class family, I wanted to create something of my own and be my own boss in all terms. I did not like reporting to someone else and the entrepreneurial fire was running in me. There is a big market opportunity for events and travel in India and I knew this was my calling. I started gathering ideas and my research helped me build something big and meaningful, which is as diverse as this.

Q4. What were the challenges faced while setting up Le Magnifique?

Ans. It has been quite challenging because the market is unorganized but there is potential to do a lot. There were very few professional vendors and this is where we wanted to come into picture. It is tedious to handle four divisions but I try to  bring the best resources to my company. We take project by project as we want to remain committed to our clients, but yes, its been a tiresome journey. But there`s no gain without any pain.

Ans.  Le Magnifique endeavours to create events aimed at the corporate space ensuring innovative & fun outing for the employees. Our design and production teams match our client’s expectations ensuring some amazingly created event designs. Q6. How has the event industry evolved with time?

Ans. The event management industry has really evolved in the last 10-15 years. The wedding industry is a 50 billion $ industry and people now really like to have weddings at most exotic locations. With the advancement of technology, the detailing that goes in creating luxury events takes the industry a notch higher. We have tools like 3D mapping, where one can completely visualize their own event and have a 360 degree overview in terms of decoration, look and feel etc. One can see the final output in advance. There is a lot of advancement in the sound and lighting systems too. People hire event planners to incorporate stunning designs, arrangements, guest management etc. The idea is to make the whole setup very smooth and efficient and bring a personal touch as well. This wasn’t the case 10-15 years back and hence the industry is constantly evolving.

Q7. How has the pandemic affected business?

Ans. We`ve been in existence for over 4 years and we have done fairly well. Ever since the lockdown last year, It has been challenging but I know good times will be back. Events and weddings in India are going to happen forever, maybe on a smaller scale. Travel, ofcourse will take time but things are going to turn around post Covid and we would see an influx of tourists. So I am keeping calm and being positive to get back into action.

Q8. How does it feel to Be Your Own Boss?

Ans.  It feels great and I am a complete workaholic. It gives immense joy and satisfaction when you have your own organization. I give my heart and soul to what I do. We now have a 15 member team catering to all divisions. If you want to try something, do it right now and give it a shot. Just remember to be creative and different.
