Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that sudden water and debris were reported in Rishi Ganga near Reni village in Niti Valley. There are two hydropower projects here and both have suffered damage. A project of about 13 MW employed 35–36 people. Nearly 176 workers were employed in NTPC’s hydroelectric project under construction five kilometres from the same project, their record has disappeared.
