Bigg Boss 16: After Salman Khan diagnosed with dengue, Karan Johar to host the show
What does a Bigg Boss episode look like without Salman Khan as the host? Bollywood actor “Bhaijaan,” who the public adores, is one of the main factors contributing to the show’s popularity.
Salman Khan, however, reportedly won’t host a few episodes of BB 16 due to health issues.

Salman Khan is reportedly suffering from dengue. According to reports, the actor will forgo filming a few episodes of Bigg Boss 16 because he is now ill.

According to rumours, the producers of Bigg Boss 16 have also found Salman Khan a successor, and that replacement is none other than director Karan Johar. ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episodes would be hosted by Karan while Salman recovers from dengue, if reports are to be believed.
For the unversed, Karan Johar is not new to the format of Bigg Boss. The filmmaker has already been the host of a different format of Bigg Boss – Karan has hosted Bigg Boss OTT. Therefore, while the audience will definitely miss Salman Khan, even if it is for a matter of a couple of episodes, watching Karan straightening up the contestants in place of Salman, will also be a treat to watch.
Meanwhile, there was a lot of mayhem within the house during the Bigg Boss show on Friday. Salman Khan was not present, so Bigg Boss himself disciplined the housemates. In addition to this, Bigg Boss removed Shiv Thakare’s captaincy owing to repeated rule infractions in the house and replaced it with Archana, who has been criticising every captain up to this point.

Salman Khan, meanwhile, has postponed the filming of “Kisi Ka Bhai, Kisi Ki Jaan.” Following his recovery from dengue, the actor is anticipated to begin filming. In addition, the actor recently disclosed that the release date of his movie “Tiger 3” has been delayed until Diwali 2023.
