Everything you need to know about ‘Rojgar Mela’

Through video conference today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially began the “Rojgar Mela,” a recruitment effort for 10 lakh new employees.

75,000 newly appointed appointees will get appointment letters during the ceremony.

This is an important step in fulfilling the Prime Minister’s ongoing commitment to provide job opportunities for the youth and to ensure the welfare of residents, according to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

The announcement stated that ”all Ministries and Departments are working towards filling up existing vacancies against sanctioned jobs in Mission Mode as per the orders of the Prime Minister.” The new hires from all throughout the nation will work for 38 Ministries/Departments of the Indian Government.

“The appointees will be a part of the government in a variety of capacities, including Group A, Group B (Gazetted), Group B (Non-Gazetted), and Group C. Central Armed Forces Personnel, Sub Inspectors, Constables, LDCs, Stenographers, Pas, Income Tax Inspectors, and MTSs are among the positions for which appointments are being made “said in the PMO release.

Ministries and Departments are carrying out these hirings in a mission-mode, either independently or through hiring organisations like the Railway Recruitment Board, UPSC, and SSC.

The statement ended, “For expedited recruiting, selection processes have been streamlined and made tech-enabled.”
