Who is Dhirendra Krishna Shastri?

This was also contested by Shyam Manav to Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. He offered Rs 30 lakh if he proved to be correct, but he rejected the challenge and wrapped off the tale two days sooner. The committee wants Dhirendra Krishna taken into custody.
